Do you have any DIY kits for short roofs or medium roofs?
We currently do not sell any kits intended for short or medium roof vans.
How soon can someone get someone schedule a professionally installed Timber Conversion?

How long does the professionally installed Timber Van Conversion take to complete?
Current build times are estimated at 3-4 weeks.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our kits are made to order in our Boulder, CO facility. The processing and shipping time of every item may vary and can be found on each product page.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like to initiate a change in your order, please click the button below to read our Return & Exchange Policy, and follow the instructions provided.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
If the item arrives visually damaged, please document (take photos) and refuse the package immediately. If you open the package, and there is a manufacturer defect or missing parts, contact us, and we will replace these items at no cost. Note: Natural wood has flaws and variations; these are not considered manufacturer defects.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
We ship to both Hawaii and Alaska. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when shipping to these locations.
