DIY Panel Kit for Sprinter Vans

Description

This kit comes with 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood precisely cut to fit the ceiling, walls, and doors of Mercedes Sprinter High Roof cargo vans. 1/2-inch marine plywood floor and ceiling panels may be added to the kit for an additional cost. Our panels help lessen road noise and aid in temperature control. Once finished, painted, or upholstered, the panels enhance the interior's aesthetic appeal. Our panels now include insulation instructions and hardware for 144 and 170 models. Our product will work best with our structural assembly kit, which we recommend getting along with your panels.

ALL OUR WOOD PRODUCTS COME AS UNFINISHED NATURAL WOOD. WARPING DUE TO MOISTURE AND HEAT IS COMMON! PANELS WILL FLATTEN OR FLEX WHEN INSTALLED. PANELING IS INTENDED TO BE PAINTED OR UPHOLSTERED. IF CHOOSING TO STAIN AND LEAVE AS UNCOVERED WOOD, KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL WOOD PRODUCTS WILL HAVE GRAIN, COLOR, AND TEXTURE VARIATIONS. REQUIRES SANDING.

Please note that exterior-grade finishes or Rubio Monocoat oils are required for our products. The temperatures and moisture levels inside vehicles can fluctuate significantly, so it is important to use the appropriate products to finish these components.
