Items that are discounted or on sale are not eligible for return.
Return requests can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After that, we can no longer accept returns.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, applicable credit card processing fees and return shipping costs. To avoid the restocking fee, we recommend choosing an exchange.
Original packaging must be complete – including all parts, paperwork & packing materials. Returns must have no visible signs of use or damage. All shipments will be covered by insurance. So if there is any damage to the package, please see our Shipping & Insurance Policy.

An exchange can be redeemed for a replacement product or another product of same value. In the case of manufacturer defects (incl. broken or missing parts), item will be replaced by Titan DIY Kits at no additional charge to the customer. If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a product of same value, the customer pays shipping costs.
