Lots of valuable info can be gained from watching our assembly videos. If you purchased a kit, you must watch the assembly video in full before starting your build! This is especially true if you are choosing to use wood glue – which we highly recommend.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the complexity of some orders, your order may not be fully “in-stock” and ready to ship on the day of your order. Please allow for up to 2 weeks to manufacture. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose at checkout. If you need your item sooner, please give us a call, and we may be able to accommodate.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, credit card processing fees & shipping costs. If you would like to initiate a change in your order, please click the button below to read our Return & Exchange Policy, and follow the instructions provided.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Not to worry! Everything that we ship comes with a tracking code as well as insurance. 

If the item arrives visually damaged, please document (take photos) and refuse the package immediately. If the package seems to be in good condition upon arrival, make sure there is no concealed damage by opening and inspecting the product while the carrier is present. They may not want to wait for you to open the package, but you are entitled to this right. If you find any internal damage due to shipping, please refuse the package. Making a concealed damage claim later will be more difficult and has a 5 day time limit. 

If you open the package, and there is a manufacturer defect or missing parts, contact us, and we will replace these items at no cost. Note: Natural wood has flaws and variations; these are not considered manufacturer defects. 

Ooops! I messed up... Can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace customer damaged items. These are “Do-It-Yourself” kits. That means that the responsibility to assemble properly is on you! We don’t promise that it will be easy, but we do promise that it will be worlds easier than designing and building from scratch.
